If I remember correctly, your bike is relatively new.
I'd look into finding another local dealer or ultimately someone who will fix the bike.
At some point you have to threaten to sue them for the cost of fixing the bike properly by the third party.
Give them another chance, keep all you receipts and notes on conversations. If they don't fix it, go to the third party and sue to recover your cost. ...The American Way...
It upsets me when people are being given a bunch of 'stuff'. Stand up to them because it sounds like they have been giving you a bunch of nonesense all along.
